Dr. Mark Testa Bio


DOCTESTA is a food and fasting expert with over 25 years in holistic healthcare and health education. He was an early adopter of functional medicine, acupuncture and holistic nutrition as tools for supporting optimal health. He has a unique teaching style and was associate professor of human anatomy and physiology at Southwest Acupuncture College.

DOCTESTA is the first ever Chiropractor on the medical staff at Denver Health and for the span of his career has successfully bridged the gap working side by side with holistic practices, medical doctors, surgery centers, and hospitals to develop integrated models to treat musculoskeletal pain. 

DOC believes that fasting and a whole food, plant-centered diet is the best way to lose weight, rejuvenate the body, and maximize fitness and performance.


Fitness Expert KEvin Rail:

KEVIN is an internationally known and sought after fitness coach featured in the documentary films, “Fasting” and “The Motivation Factor” by Doug Orchard Films. He specializes in functional training, core training, three-dimensional movement, motivation, and Restorative Arts.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of science degree in Sport Management/ Fitness & Wellness, and is a certified fitness trainer through ACSM, NASM, afm, and ACE.
